A Short Review

There was plenty of carnage this weekend in Kentucky High School softball, so much so that I'm not going to delve into all of it, but rather give a short overview of who helped themselves and, likewise, hurt themselves this weekend.

HELPED

--#12 North Hardin: Ballard Invitational Champion...wins over Manual, Estill County, Grayson County, Greenwood, Mercy and Ryle...

--#13 Reidland: Lady Laker Classic Champion...wins over South Laurel and Allen County-Scottsville...lost to Woodford County

--#9 Ryle: wins over Lafayette and Christian County...lost to North Hardin in championship game of Ballard Invitational

--#19 Male: wins over Greenwood and Grayson County...lost to Mercy

HURT

--#1 Greenwood: lost two games, including a 8-0 spanking to the hands of North Hardin

--#3 Grayson County: lost two games (the same two as Greenwood)
